Mangaluru, Aug 21: In aid of the flood victims in Kerala, White Doves sent a container of food, medicine and clothes on Monday August 21.
Speaking to Daijiworld, Corrine Rasqinha said, “We purchased items worth Rs 5 lac for the victims of Kerala who are suffering on account of the floods. It is our duty to help them in their difficult time. We contacted youth residing at Chalakkudy and they came here to carry the material which we are going to give to the people of Kerala. By this, relief material will reach the needy directly."
Lijo from Chalakudy who is also associated with White Doves said, “The situation in Kerala is extremely horrible. There are still lacs of people in the relief camps. The primary need for them is food and clothing. We are thankful to White Doves for their immediate response and concern toward the people of Kerala.”
