Daijiworld Media Network – Kundapur (JD)

Kundapur, Jan 13: In an unusual accident, a bus belonging to Durgamba Motors rolled on its own without a driver from the company’s repair yard in Hangaluru on NH 66 and crashed into a parked car on the opposite side of the road.

The bus crossed the national highway, broke through a barricade, and eventually collided with a WagonR parked in the lot of a commercial complex.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Initial investigations suggest that a technical malfunction caused the bus to start moving while the driver was outside the vehicle.

The mishap was recorded on the commercial complex's CCTV cameras.
