Kuwait: Kullvar Rangmanchi to Stage Konkani Comedy Drama

Kuwait, Sep 22: Kullvar Rangmanchi Kuwait, a part of Konkani Kullvar, Kuwait is planning to stage a full-length comedy drama by end of 2008. In this context, Kuwait Rangmanchi is inviting the actors who are interested to perform in this drama and in others, for a training session of one day. Rehearsals are expected to start real soon.

Features of Training are

  • The basic training on stage performance  by a qualified drama director
  • Certificates of completion will be awarded  for successful candidates
  • Kuwait Rangmanch itself is looking for about 15 actors to be selected from this training
  • The basic training programme will be on a Friday (full day), lunch will be provided
  • Rehearsals will be on every week-ends and it is expected that selected actors to dedicate their week-ends for the rehearsals.

Terms & Conditions

  • All above 18 years of age can participate in this training
  • Participants should be Mangalorean and must be proficient in spoken Konkani
  • No Entry fee
  • Venue and date will be informed over the phone
  • Training is limited for 25 participants, so rush for registration
