Daijiworld Media Network - Dubai (SP)

Dubai, Sep 20: Following the attacks on Christian prayer centres and churches in  coastal Karnataka, outrage is continuing to pour out through out the gulf countries and the west alike. Several organisations from Kuwait, Qatar, Oman etc., have already held meetings to protest the church attacks and submit memorandums.

In Dubai, leaders of Muslim, Hindu and Christian communities will meet at Winnys Restaurant Karama on Sunday Sep 21, 2008 at 7.00 pm, to condemn the recent attacks on the centres of faith. Every leader from the Muslim, Hindu and Christian communities taking part in the meet, is expected to express their views on the tragic incidents.

Leaders of various associations in UAE have already been invited for the meeting. Those who are interested to attend the meeting, are requested to call at 050 6547235.

The event is being organised on behalf of the entire coastal region of Karnataka, and not by any single association or individual.

All should know we are humans first before we became Hindu, Christian, Muslim or any other follower of religion. Then only peace will prevail.

I would like to appriciate the effort taken to meet to condemn the attacks made on the the christian people, well its not about a particular group of people affected, its about humanity and peace, anybody leading such voilence should be put down immediately, the karnataka Govt. and the bajrang dal need to be Banned. Our Indian media should be impartial in such issues and also not making it wide. Thankyou for recognising such Issues. "Live and Let Live"

Please do your best to protest and put the culprits behind the bar longer time than they deserve. Jesus is protecting us and with us all the time. Good luck of the good work.
