Mangaluru, Apr 7: Prestige International School has crossed another milestone by introducing student exchange programme with Ann Maria Anthony Mercy Mission Foundation, Malaysia. On the April 5, the signing of agreement between the Prestige International School and Ann Maria Anthony Mercy Foundation was held at Prestige International School.
As per the agreement selected students from the Prestige International School would travel to Malaysia. These students would learn and gather information on the lifestyle, culture and education system of that place. Also the students from Malaysia would do the same in India. This type of students exchange programme would help the students in their overall development and learning techniques of the host country.
The founder president of Ann Maria Anthony Mercy Mission Foundation, Malaysia Datuk Ann Maria Anthony signed the exchange programme agreement.
Hyder Ali, chairman of the Prestige International School took the lead for this programme.
Dr Kumel Abbas, the co-ordinator of Life Skills was the chief guest. He encouraged the management to inculcate new techniques of aptitude evaluation methods.
The director of the school Reshma Hyder, the principal Feroza Fayaz, the counsellor Dr Ruksana, co-ordinators of the school, teaching staff and students participated in the programme.
The student exchange programme has been introduced by Prestige International School for the first time in Mangaluru. Datuk Ann Maria Anthony was elated about the programme being introduced.
