Mangaluru: Certificate awarding ceremony for BCom, BBA held at SAC

Mangaluru, Mar 22: The certificate awarding ceremony of BCom and BBA Professional batch was held on Thursday, March 22 in the LCRI Hall of St Aloysius College (Autonomous).

The programme began with a prayer song by the college choir followed by the welcome speech by Shobha, the convenor of the programme.

The chief guest CA Chandrakanth Rao B, partner of Rao & Basri Chartered Accountants Firm, addressed the gathering emphasizing on ambition, belief, commitment, discipline, empowerment, focus and goal. CA Gopal Krishna Bhat, CEO of Sidhanth Learning Solutions and also the founder of Trisha Institute, gave the felicitation address giving importance to humility and good attitude. Abhilash, MD of Abhijna Pvt Ltd and the proprietor of Success Academy also gave the felicitation speech on how to lead a successful life. The president of the programme Fr Dr Praveen Martis delivered the presidential address.



Dr A M Narahari, the registrar of the college and Fr Pradeep Sequiera, finance officer, were also present for the programme as dignitaries.

Students of the BCom and BBA professional batches, who excelled in IPCC, CPT and MBA MAT exams, were honored by giving them certificate, memento and medal. The students who got placed in prestigious business schools and companies were also honoured. Dean of BBA department and also the co-convenor of the programme, Mamatha, rendered the vote of thanks. This was followed by the Indian national anthem by the college choir.
