The man was asked by the MLA to wait, duly assuring him that his problem would be dealt with. When he continued with his misdemeanor, Bangera asked him to come to his office the next day. The man sat on the stairs nearby, hurled abuses at the MLA, and repeatedly shouted that he would not spare the MLA.
When the MLA proceeded towards his house by climbing down the stairs, the person intercepted the MLA. The people tried to calm him down but he tried to assault the people. Angered by his behaviour, the people taught him a lesson. The MLA told them not to indulge in such things, and that the person would have spoken ill in a drunken state. He also asked the police not to register any case relating to this incident.
