Home minister justifies Siddarmaiaha's 'terrorists' remark against BJP
Speaking to reporters after landing at Mangaluru airport, home minister Ramalinga Reddy referring to the chief minister's statement terming BJP and RSS as 'terrorists', justified the statement.
"The behaviour of people associated with BJP supports this notion. MPs Pratap Simha, Shobha Karandlaje, and Ananth Kumar Hegde are inflammatory in nature. They have been trying to disturb peace in the society, and in the backdrop of their statements, the chief minister has passed this remark about them," Reddy said.
Reddy added that both PFI and Sangh Parivar have been involved with murders, and if action has to be taken, it should be against both of them. He promised to hold discussions with Siddaramaiah on this issue and arrive at a suitable decision.
On the issue of suicide by Dhanyashree, the home minister said that three persons including president of BJP Yuva Morcha have been arrested in this case. He wanted to know why BJP, which shouts from top of its voice at slightest opportunity, is silent in this case. He felt that everything will fall in line if BJP and Sangh Parivar remain quiet for sometime.
