    Causes of brake failure-
No daily inspection before start of trip. No periodical preventive maintenance. They don's spend for maintenance and servicing. Only earning is their motto.

Putting blame on others is a very common behavioural problem in the Indian society. This tragedy is the result of criminal negligence in not having a proper maintenance of the bus especially on safety issues. The owner should be held responsible for this accident for putting the lives of passengers in danger. The police first must to conduct a thorough investigation along with RTO why this happened. Machines don't fail all of a sudden unless proper maintenance is not done ! If not , these occurrences will repeat over and over again. The responsible party the owner should be fined heavily and also the driver for being in charge of the bus.

Will this happen,? Who knows! After it is India where vale of human life is so cheap and corruption is so rampant, people will continue to be victims.
