"Men are "arrested" whereas women working there are "rescued". ""

It is Mens duty to check whether the board is hanging outside legal or illegal.

Tomorrow someone have a drink at Bar (Licence expired or illegal)

"Mens are 'arrested' bar workers rescued and bar owner sent for counselling ? right?

Same way someone travels in a bus (permit expired or illegally running bus)

All passengers arrested and bus driver & conductor rescued and bus owner sent for counselling.

    When our Indian system changes?

Such surprise raids take place occasionally (may be through pressure from higher authorities.) and then business/danda takes its own course. Corruption/taste for extra income is in blood. There could so many other areas where sex business is in rampant and more efforts should be exerted to study the loopholes.

Men are "arrested" whereas women working there are "rescued". Quite a paradox.
Because in reality, these women are knowingly working in an illegal setup, whereas the men have gone to avail services of what seems like a legal massage parlour. I say "legal" because these parlours have proper signboards or nameboards since years. It's the duty of the authorities to close them down if they are illegal. It's not the citizens' prerogative to check the legality of a business enterprise. This is my take on this.

    Jamal,
    How you expected more dislikes.
Humans (both sexes) are born with natural instincts and temptations.
And those who disagree to your proposal are to be deemed as spot less . I am not generalizing.
@ Shankar why to blame internet. Internet is so useful for those who use for a daily needs. No one is advising or guiding us how to use . It's all self-conscience and the approach how far we can limit the use for bad purpose.
Those days there were no such advance technology but people had their own ways to fulfil. Even our fore fathers had their own intelligence in that direction.

To over come all this menace every big city should have a licensed brothel house or red light area . Those who cannot control their desires can go and get self relaxed in a legal way. I know there will be more dislikes but It's a reality.

I have a woman in my neighborhood who is a widow and way too poor to feed her 2 kids.
She lives a respectful life in our society by working as a maid in some houses and making beedies as a part time.
She didn’t chose to go and work in a massage parlor because she knows it’s wrong and will damage her dignity.
Now it depends on a woman. If she is greedy for more money and wants to fulfill her demands than basic needs she will choose massaging parlor than doing respectful job like house maid or a factory worker.
Hence we should not use the word “rescued”. Because she is not innocent but have chosen that profession by herself.

All arrests are OK, but who will help the arrested ladies. They are not working in those places because they like the profession, they have their own problems and issues. Who can provide them a decent job?

If you want to cleanse, first ban internet. If not possible, ban easy access to internet, especially on hand held devices. If both are not feasible, ban porn and porn sites on the internet.
With easy access to sexual content on hand held devices, the rogue ones attempt rapes to quench their excitement. Brothels are illegal, if they want to make use of massage parlours, even that is being raided. How will you check the atrocities of women then?

    Shankar,

The Internet has not made sexual violence more. Do you seriously believe that there were no sexual violence before the internet?

Definitely easy access to internet has contributed to sexual violence on women in India.
If you read my comment carefully, i have not held it responsible. When you are liberal enough to allow free porn of all types on the easily accessible internet, you should be conservative regarding sex. Brothels and consensual sex should not be seen as a taboo anymore. That is my point.
