Dubai: SFX Kutam holds Family Day out - Pictures

Dubai, Apr 5: Family day out of SFX Kutam – Dubai, an association of Mudarangadi parishioners residing in the UAE was held on Friday April 4 at Zebeel Park  - Dubai. The fun-filled day out started at 10.30 am with a light breakfast in order to keep the members active. Immediately after the breakfast Prakash D'Souza, the president of the association extended a warm and cordial welcome to all the participants and explained the theme of the picnic. 

A number of warm up games were conducted by James J Mathias and Johnson D'Silva. The gathering was divided in 2 teams – Admar and Maniyur. Saritha D'Souza and Allen Menezes were unanimously elected as the captains of the groups. Each group was asked to tie different coloured ribbons in order to identify the members effortlessly. Games such as Tug-of-War, throwball, housie-housie, dodge ball etc were conducted.

Delicious lunch was served with special Mangalorean pork maas prepared by SFX members. 

Prizes were distributed at the end of the programme. "Maniyur" team captained by Allen Menezes was declared as "The Champion Team of the Day". Around 60 parishioners with their friends participated in this day out.

The whole day programme was compered by president Mr. Prakash Dsouza, Johnson and Janet D'Silva.
