Sao Paulo, May 10 (IANS): Brazilian football legend Pele was discharged from hospital after prostate surgery, doctors said.
Seventy-four-year-old Pele was released on Saturday morning after doctors performed a transurethral resection of the prostate and confirmed there no sign of tumors, Xinhua reported.
The only player to win three World Cup titles was treated at the same facility last year for a severe urinary tract infection.
