Udupi, Feb 15: Mangalore Catholic Co-operative (MCC) Bank Limited organized a ‘Customers Conference’ on Sunday February 15 at Don-Bosco hall, The Mother of Sorrows church in Udupi .
Fr Fred Mascarenhas said "Deliverence of customers demand is ultimate. There is a need to create awareness among students tend to have an account. Co-operation is very important with customer to develop business market."
Chief Guest Krishna Rao Kodancha , President of Chambers’ of Commerce and Industry said "every successful business man has a banker behind. A good customer treatment gives way to development,".
During the interaction session, a senior customer shared their opinion on customer relationship with MCC bank. He is satisfied by their services since 29 years. Bank service means not only a development, they should provide loans to needy customer.
Another customer alleged that he was just depressed by delay of Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) due to technical problem.
Raj F G A Menezes clarified that the frequent problem of National Electronic Fund Transfer will be cleared soon.
Another customer suggested during the interaction, to extend their branches in regional places with good publicity
While accepting the advice, Chairman Francis Cutinha said, the total net performance is very less and the net worth asset is also less. He howeevr said that he will discuss the issue with his administration.
A customer suggested that, the spot investigation and legal procedure should be taken care by the bank when a customer applies for home loan.
Chairman also stressed on growth of NRE facilities. He said "few branches have already gone for online services, remaining branches will shortly follow suit, enabling e-mobile services, ATM and 24x7 internet banking facility. The 11% of interest on loan and RTGS facilities will be in the next project planning."
