Udupi, Jun 25: Nithyananda Olakadu of the Udupi Zilla Nagarika Vedike staged a protest against the hike in railway fares in an innovative manner on Tuesday June 24 at the parking area of the city bus stand here.
He was dressed up in the fancy dress of divinatory. He shouted that bad days are not far away, and pressurized the central government to reduce the price by Rs 40-50, to reduce the prices of essential commodities, and stressed the need for awareness among the common people regarding this issue.
