Mumbai, Jul 18: Central security agencies have detained a software engineer from a southern Indian city in connection with the Mumbai train blasts.
 
The agencies suspected the engineer had helped the perpetrators of the blasts to exchange e-mail among themselves, sources said on Monday night.
