Mumbai, Feb 12: Everyone loves a good love-story. And all eyes right now are on Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai who the gossip mills insist are getting ready to take a walk down the aisle.

Speculation is rife in Bollywood that the two stars are set to tie the knot shortly. These rumours gathered momentum after it was learnt that the actor's uncle Ajitabh Bachchan visited well known astrologer Chandrashekhar Swami in Bangalore on Friday with the horoscopes of the young couple.

Amitabh also regularly consults the astrologer and has gifted him several cars in the past.

Ever since Aishwarya turned up at Abhishek Bachchan's birthday bash on February 9 in Mumbai, rumour mills have been working overtime.

While no side is commenting on this, it has been confirmed that the two actors are dating.

The speculation was gaining grounds especially since Ash's appearance at the Jr Bachchan's do, where she is reported to have been introduced to Jaya and Amitabh and other relatives.

Abhishek was reported to have "dragged" the former Miss World to the dance floor repeatedly during the party. The Jr B is also reported to have cut the cake and offered her a piece after Amitabh and Jaya.

The actors recently returned from a month-long shooting schedule of their film Umrao Jaan in Jodhpur, which is where their romance is said to have blossomed.

In coming months, the couple is expected to spend much time together as they shoot for at least two more films.

They have been cast in Dhoom II, and are also believed to be starring in acclaimed director Mani Ratnam's next film.

Abhishek and Aishwarya have starred in two films together so far - Rohan Sippy's Kuch Na Kaho and Raj Kanwar's Dhai Akshar Prem Ke, both of which bombed at the box-office.

They also teamed up along with Abhishek's father Amitabh Bachchan for an item song in last year's hit flick Bunty Aur Babli, and the song Kajra Re has a cult following in India.

A little over a month ago, it was learnt that Aishwarya had split with her boyfriend of more than three years, actor Vivek Oberoi.

Close friends of Abhishek say it is highly unlikely that the couple will tie the knot in the near future. With Abhishek's film career on an upswing, and Aishwarya set on reviving her own career, marriage may not be on their minds right now.
