Udupi, Apr 7: Trinity Central School, Perampalli is located amongst the lush and vibrant lap of Mother Nature, in the temple town of Udupi. The foundation of holistic and all-round development of all Trinitarians commences in the midst of this serene environment, away from the cacophony of city life.
Established in 2009, Trinity Central School Perampalli, today, stands at the pinnacle of immeasurable success. With 16 years of educational expertise, the school has traversed a long way since its humble beginnings. The school is affiliated to the CISCE Board, New Delhi and was awarded the ‘ICSE’ Permanent Accreditation in 2018. The institution has always strived to remain true to its motto, ‘Enlightenment through Knowledge’. Accordingly, the school has secured 100% pass results in the CISCE Board Examinations for eleven consecutive years, with students scoring a centum in several subjects.


















Since its inception, the school has been a second home to children without any distinction of caste, creed, religion or status. Commencing with an initial strength of 47 students, the school is a temple of learning to over 1100+ students. Trinity Central School remains committed to its objective to provide a meaningful and diverse portfolio of not just knowledge, but to groom all Trinitarians as responsible netizens of society and of India at large.
Curriculum development
The school continues to carve a formidable niche in imparting value-based, qualitative education, and continues to strive for excellence through its various curricular and co-curricular activities.
On the academic front,
- Remedial classes are conducted for slow learners for Grades 1-8, after regular school hours. Apart from the regular classes, extra classes are held for the students of Grades 9 and 10, in order to equip them with strong hold in their preparation for the CISCE examinations.
- Phonetics, Creative Writing and Handwriting (Copywriting), Reading are included in the regular classes for the development and improvement of the students’ handwriting, creative abilities, communicative and pronunciation skills, and writing skills as well.
- Regular seminars in Health and Hygiene, Skill Development, Career Guidance, Communications Skills, etc., are conducted for students, in collaboration with notable medical organisations, eminent educationists, etc.
Student activities and extra-curricular programmes
- To assist students in the development of their various talents, activity classes are held every Saturday in the following disciplines: Karate, Taekwondo, Art, Western and Classical Dance, Western Music (Instrumental), Abacus, Skating, Drums, Calligraphy, etc.
- Sports Coaching in Handball, Volleyball, Basketball and Kho-Kho are also conducted for aspiring sportspersons.
- The school has an active Bunnies (Kindergarten), Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts and Guides unit with a formidable number of students enrolled in these units. Students have participated in various District, State and National Level programmes, training sessions and competitions. Many students have secured laurels in the various competitions.
- In the field of sports, the school has achieved accolades at the CISCE, State and National Level Tournaments in Handball, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Swimming, etc. For their outstanding performances, several students were selected to represent the State of Karnataka in Handball and Kho-Kho.
- The school prides itself in maintaining a cordial and harmonious cohesion amongst the students, and celebrates all major festivals as one family. As one family, Trinitarians all national festivals like Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day and important commemorations are celebrated with fervour and fanfare.

All educators, come with years of experience under their belt, and work with responsibility to not just educate but to groom the future of tomorrow.
Seminars are conducted for teachers on a regular basis, for educators to up skill their knowledge, learning and teaching pedagogies. Educators also have attended conferences related to their respective subject.
Infrastructure and facilities
New academic block: Given the exponential increase in the strength of the students, the construction of a new academic block is under progress. The ground floor of the new block has been functional since the commencement of the academic year.
Transport: The school is proud of its methodical transport management. Driven by qualified and experienced drivers, the school has a current fleet of 24 buses. The school has its own bus bay and service station within the school premises.
Classrooms: All classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious for maximum interaction. Smart boards with upgraded software and projectors are also installed in all classrooms.
Mid-day meal: Keeping hygiene as its top priority, the school offers hot, nutritious vegetarian food to students who opt for the same. The school has three spacious dining halls to accommodate the students.
Security: Upgraded CCTV cameras with audio-visuals are installed across all classrooms, corridors, halls, auditorium etc., to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and students at all times.
Community engagement
As much as the school believes in moulding students as credible netizens of the future, it also comprehends that the presence of parents is equally essential and is of formidable importance, in the overall development of the school.
In order to foster a harmonious and supportive relationship with the parents and guardians of our Trinitarians, the school has organised a unique programme, ‘A Day in sludge’, for two consecutive years. The event was held in adjacent paddy fields near the school and was well received. With every passing year, the school has raised the bar in its commitment to excel in the fields of academics, sports, curricular and co-curricular engagements. We hope to overcome all challenges in due course of time, and become one of the leading pioneers in qualitative and quantitative education.
