Mangaluru: Padua College celebrates Talent’s Day

Mangaluru, Mar 8: Talent's Day was celebrated on March 6 at Padua College of Commerce & Management. Popular theatre artist, actor and comedian Aravind Bolar was the chief guest.

Inaugurating the programme, Aravind Bolar highlighted the need to bring out the talents of students. In his speech he spoke about how talent is complementary to growth in everyday life and in every field. Additionally, he entertained students with his famous dialogues of different movies.

Fr Walter D'Souza presided over the programme. In his presidential address, he spoke about creating a platform for the talent of the students. Principal of Padua College Fr Wilson Lobo, vice principal of the college Roshan Vincy Santhumayor, and coordinator of cultural forum Tanuja were present. Zeena Cornelio, coordinator of student council welcomed the guests and Seema Pereira, coordinator of cultural forum proposed vote of thanks. The guests were escorted by student coordinators.
