Chennai, Feb 28: The much-anticipated thriller starring Sree Vishnu and Reba John, directed by Hussain Sha Kiran, has officially been titled ‘Mrithunjay’, the makers announced on Friday.

The first look and title teaser of the film were unveiled to mark Sree Vishnu’s birthday celebrations, adding excitement among fans.

The film is being produced under the banner of Light Box Media. Taking to its X (formerly Twitter) handle, the production house shared the title teaser link and wrote:

"Every clue matters. Every move is a risk. But in this game – Jay decides when it’s over. #Mrithyunjay title teaser out now."

Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan also shared the teaser on his X timeline, extending his best wishes to the team.

"Mrithunjay title teaser out now. Wishing the team the very best!" wrote Dulquer.

Sharing the teaser himself, Sree Vishnu hinted at the film’s intriguing premise, saying:

"A new me. A new game. I see it. Now, it’s your turn. #Mrithyunjay This one hits different. Thank you to the entire team for the wishes."

The film is backed by producers Sandeep Gunnam and Vinay Chilakapati, with Ramya Gunnam presenting the project.

Apart from Mrithyunjay, Sree Vishnu is also working on a romantic comedy titled ‘Single’, directed by Caarthick Raju.

This film stars Ketika Sharma and Ivana in lead roles alongside Sree Vishnu, with comedian Vennela Kishore playing a key role.
