KCF Bahrain launches Gulf Ishara subscription campaign

Bahrain, Jan 30: The KCF Bahrain chapter launched the Gulf Ishara monthly magazine's 2025 subscription campaign on Friday, January 24 at the KCF Center in Gudaibiya. The event was held under the chairmanship of KCF national committee president Vittal Jamaluddin.

The programme commenced with a prayer by Siddique Musliyar Manjanady, followed by the inauguration by KCF IC finance controller Janab Ali Musliyar Kodagu. Hanif Musliyar Renja delivered the welcome address.

As part of the event, a seminar on the ‘Importance of Book Reading’ was held, featuring presentations by Yoonus Indadi Ustad, Manjunath Darbe, and KCF Bahrain national committee general secretary Haris Sampya.

The Gulf Ishara subscription campaign, which has played a vital role in promoting Kannada literature across Gulf nations, will continue in Bahrain until February 22. The national committee leaders have urged all non-resident Kannadigas to subscribe in large numbers.

Several dignitaries from KCF Bahrain attended the event, including national committee organizing secretary Sufi Payambachal Sullia, education secretary Ashraf Renjadi, relief committee president Razak Anekal, secretary Ashraf Kinya, administration division president Moosa Payambachal, secretary Siddique Enmoor, and former treasurer Iqbal Manjanady.

Publication division president Kalandar Musliyar coordinated the event, while professional division secretary Taufiq Beltangady delivered the vote of thanks.
