Mangaluru: Tyre shop employee ends life by suicide at home in Batyaadi

Ullal, Jan 17: A tragic incident unfolded near Batyaadi, Kalbattu, where a 45-year-old tyre shop employee ended his life by hanging at his residence.

The deceased has been identified as Prakash Andrade, a resident of Kalbattu. He had been working at a tyre shop in Deralakatte for several years.

The incident occurred when no one else was at home.

Prakash, who was married and a father of two, is survived by his family. The exact reason behind his suicide remains unknown.

The funeral rites are scheduled to take place tomorrow at Paneer Church. Investigations are ongoing to ascertain the circumstances of this tragic event.
