Mangaluru, Oct 28: On the occasion of 9th National Ayurveda Day Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Naringana, a constituent unit of Yenepoya (deemed to be university) is felicitating a renowned Ayurveda practitioner on the occasion with Yen Ayu Vaidyaratna Award on October 29.
Dr Niranian Acharya, B C Road, is going to be felicitated this year, for his untired service and dedication to the mankind and Indian system of medicine.
The programme will be held at Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital in the presence of Dr Asha Jyothi Rai, Asare Charitable Trust as a chief guest, Dr B H Shripathi Rao, pro-vice-chancellor, Yenepoya (deemed to be university) as a guest of honour, Dr Gururaja H, principal, faculty and students, Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital.
