Beltangady, Aug 29: Holy Redeemer English Medium School students bag many prizes in the cluster level Prathibha Karanji competitions held on August 28 in Government Madari Higher Primary School.
Total of 22 students participated in various events.
The school secured overall second place in the cluster with 15 prizes.
Class 1 to 4 category
Adithi secured first place in action song and Adhya secured first place in devotional singing and drawing.
Jwel D'Souza secured second prize in English recitation, Diya secured third prize in patriotic singing and Vihag Rao secured third place in dharmika patana.
Class 5 to 7 category
Manvik secured first place in drawing and Srishti secured first place in patriotic singing. Manvi Shetty secured second place in pick and speak, Sanvi secured second place in devotional singing, Krithika secured second place in kavana vaachana, Reevan Sequiera secured third place in English recitation, Sancia D'Souza secured third place in Kannada kantapata, Abel secured third place in fancy dress and Sanvik secured third place in clay modelling.
Those who secured first place are qualified for Taluk level competition.
Teachers Renita Lasrado, Sumithra and Laveena accompanied the students. Headmaster congratulated students on their achievement and appreciated the in-charge teachers for training the students.
