Kundapur, Dec 16: The Annual Sports Meet of Vidya Academy School, Moodlakatte was celebrated December 15.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr Sony D'Costa president, JCI Kundapur C=city. She addressed the parents and said, “It is very essential to inculcate discipline in a child in these formative years. Every child is a precious creation of God, so do not compare your child with another child. Each child is special in its own way.”
Children's parade and various sports events were held. Competitions were also arranged for parents. Siddharth J Shetty, chairman of IMJ Institutions, Brand Building director of IMJ Institutions Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, school administrator Prof Pavana, physical education director Praveen Kharvi, vice principal of IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce Prof Jayasheel Kumar, teachers and students were present.
The programme was compered by Rashma Shetty. Sangeetha Mestha welcomed the gathering Sophia Carvalho proposed the vote of thanks.
