Brahmavar 16: An informative workshop on career guidance and soft skill topics was organized for class 10 students at G M Vidyaniketan Public School.
Alumni of the institute, Tanya Shetty and Harsha Poojary, were present as chief resource persons. They spoke about ‘What next after high school education? How to face competitive exams?’. The resource persons provided information about different professions, soft skills needed to handle the professional career efficiently and other related matters.
The school principal George Kurien said, “Skills are very important for achievement. G M has given importance to skill development along with learning you all achieve in life. Today's resource persons are a true example for this.”
Prakashchandra Shetty, the president of the school management board, said, “All the children who studied at G M today have achieved in different fields. They all come here with love and admiration for the organization and share their experiences. This is a proud thing for the institution.”
The secretary of alumni association Adarsh Acharya, Deeksha, teachers and students were present.
