Kasargod: Body of Man Found – Murder Suspected

Kasargod, Aug 20: The mortal remains of C Mohammed Kunhi (42) were found lying some distance away from Kanattur Bridge near Bovikkana in the district on Thursday evening. Kunhi was the son of the late Abdul Khader, and resident of Polikunnu in Erimpuzha. He is survived by wife, Bifatima, and four children.

Reportedly, Mohammed had a fight with his relative, Abdulla, on Thursday. A deep gash was found in the back of the head of the dead person. Abdulla has been arrested by the policemen of Adoor police station. The body was taken to Periyaram Medical College Hospital for post mortem.

Circle inspector of Adoor station, K Satish, has registered a case. Investigation is in progress
