Mangaluru: Milagres College holds valedictory programme of add-on courses

Mangaluru, Jun 18: Milagres College conducted the valedictory programme of the add–on courses on July 2 in the college. As many as 15 add-on courses of 30 hours duration were conducted for the academic year.

Eminent resource persons from outside are appointed for the classes. Add-on courses like Tally, Entry to CA, Spoken English, Soft Skills, Personal Investment Planning, Event Management, Photography, GST, Beautician, Yoga, Journalism, Dramatics, Culinary Arts and First Aid are planned for the students with their own curriculum. 

Fr Michael Santhumayor, principal presided over the programme. He welcomed the gathering as well as all the resource persons. He said, “The courses are not for your hands, not for yours head but for your life."

The resource persons shared their experience and gave feedback regarding the sessions. Student representatives from each add-on course shared their experiences and feedback regarding the learning sessions. The students who completed the course were awarded with certificates.

Jobin Joseph, coordinator of the add on courses proposed the vote of thanks. Petricia student representative compered.
