Mumbai, Jun 22: Ashok Timmappa Devadiga, son-in-law of Sanjeev K Sriyan, former president of Devadiga Sangh, social activist and active party worker of Congress (I), was appointed special executive officer (SEO) by the state government.

Devadiga is a honest social activist who was appointed as SEO on the recommendations of Powai MLA Mohammed Asif Nazeem Khan for a three-year term.
