Mangaluru, Mar 9: Srinivas Institute of Technology’s MBA students association 'VOLMAS' was inaugurated on March 9.

Leo Amal A, senior branch manager, Franklin Templeton Asset Management Pvt Ltd, was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion he emphasized on the importance of such association as well as about the leadership skills that every management student should possess.

Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal of the college and president of the function, congratulated the association members for forming the association and for adding the new activities. He said that more activities should be conducted under the association for the development of students, emphasized the importance of various management skills and also how to deal with the situations.

Ayshabi Hafeeza president of VOLMAS welcomed the gathering, Numeeza introduced the guest to the audience, and office bearers were introduced by staff coordinator of VOLMAS Prof Steevan Robert Tellis, and Gayathri R, secretary of VOLMAS read out the action plan for the academic year 2023-24.

Manjunath M R presented the vote of thanks. Dr Ajoy S Joseph head of MBA department was also present on the occasion. Violet Seema Pinto was the master of ceremony of the programme.
