Mumbai, Dec 6: Dr R K Shetty, economic scholar of Mumbai, recipient of Karnataka Rajyotsava award has been appointed as Million Dollar Round Table speaker in the conference that will be held at Tennessee, Nashville, USA from July, 25 to July, 28, 2023.

He is the senior officer of LIC, India and was elected quarter century club member recently. He was also felicitated during the recent founder’s day of the Mangaluru University.

He is the managing director of Essar Financial Services, Mumbai and R K Shetty & Company, Mumbai, honorary chief secretary of Bunts Sangha, Mumbai, vice president of Bantara Sangha, Mumbai and Matrubhoomi Credit Society, president of Janapada Parishat, Bengaluru Maharashtra unit and member of the advisory committee of Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha, Maharashtra.

He is the son of Kambihalli, Chikkamagaluru residents Krishna K Shetty and Appi K Shetty. He holds B Com degree, diploma in fiancé and LUTCF degree from the insurance college of America.
