Mangaluru: St Agnes School organizes role play activity on Community Helpers

Mangaluru, Nov 9: To inculcate the value of 'Respect for all Helpers' a role play activity on Community Helpers was organized on November 5 by the students of Grade 1 A and B of St Agnes School. The students enacted the role of different community helpers like farmers, gardeners, doctors, policemen, postmen, shopkeepers etc.

The students enjoyed and displayed immense self confidence while explaining and narrating about the services of various community helpers to the parents and their fellow students through the action songs with the cooperation and support of the parents and teachers.

The activity helped the students to cultivate good communicative skills, made them to understand how the community helpers help us in our daily routine and stimulated their imagination and fostered their cognitive development, social skills and creativity.
