Udupi: MSRS College Authorities Felicitate B Com Tenth Rank holder Reshma Shetty

Udupi, Mar 10: Reshma Shetty, a student of MSRS College, Shirva who b tenth rank in B Com examinations conducted by Mangalore University during May 2010 was felicitated by the College authorities here recently.

The College governing council president N Vinay Hegde felicitated Reshma Shetty by presenting a cheque for the sum of Rs 5,000 during the function held at the college auditorium.

Dr Sudhakar Marla and Professor Karunakar Nayak congratulated Reshma Shetty on behalf of the teaching faculty, while College union leader Nitish Poojary and joint secretary Jyothi congratulated on behalf of students on the occasion.

The college principal Professor Y Bhaskar Shetty presented a memento to Reshma Shetty and conveyed bright future.

Reshma Shetty in her acknowledgement to the felicitation thanked the college authorities for granting her scholarship and all those who supported in her studies.

The Lecturers' Association secretary professor Murugeshi welcomed the gathering. Commerce lecturer professor Manjunath proposed the vote of thanks. Lecturer Supreeta compered the programme.
