Mangaluru, Jun 9: The St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) here is all set to organize its very second edition of TEDxSJEC at Kalam Auditorium, 5th Floor, Academic Block-II on Saturday, June 11 .
Reminiscent of the theme for the day-long event "Ember," a select group of individuals from all over the country, who have stood tall and have conquered great odds to succeed in life, have been picked from a spectrum of backgrounds and age groups to speak at the event.
The list of speakers include, Zeeshan Ramlan, head of HR at Coinswitch Kuber & Founder of The Ramlan Foundation; Nitin Vas, founder of Paperseed, Neha Harish, architect & Asia’s Young Designer Awardee;Dr Chhavi Dawar, child rights activist, social educator and scientist; Dr K K Sharma, Elephant Man of Asia and pPadma Shri Awardee; Shivangi Sharma, travel content creator, Dr Kamini A Rao, physician, Pioneer in IVF and Padma Shri Awardee, Sirish Govardhan, social worker and NSS National awardee.
Apart from the speakers, the following performances by Remona Evette Pereira, Bharatanatyam artiste, V Minor, Cross-Genre Musicians, Anu Karagada, content creator and Ranjitha Yellur, Yakshagana artiste.
