Mangaluru, Feb 12: Tanush Gowda V, student of Expert PU College bagged seat in All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi.

Tanush secured 700 out of 720 marks in NEET and bagged 162nd rank in general merit and 33rd rank in category.

Securing a medical education seat in AIIMS New Delhi, which is the top most educational institute in the country in medical science, is the dream of every medical education aspirant. Even the educational institutions which train students for NEET feel proud if their student gets a seat in AIIMS New Delhi.

Nearly 45% of students of Expert College in the city have got seats in various AIIMS branches including New Delhi, JIPMER of Pondicherry, BMC and KMC.

Chairman of Expert institute, Prof Narendra L Nayak said, “This is a proud moment for the institute as so many of our students have secured seats in medical education. This was possible due to the excellent guidance by the lecturers of the institute, hard work of students and an environment that is complementary to learning.”
