Udupi, Oct 4: Gandhi and Shastri Jayanthi was celebrated at Shree Venkataramana Group of institutions in association with Scouts and Guides units of Shree Venakataramana English Medium School.
Kogga Ganiga, positional commissioner district Scouts and Guides inaugurated the programme and spoke on the Gandhi and Shastri principles.
Anand, training commissioner district scouts and guides spoke on the Scouts and Guides units.
All faith prayer was also offered on the occasion.
Krishna Adiga, headmaster high school section Reshma D'souza, headmistress primary section Subrahamnhya, physical education teacher high school section were present on the dais.
Padmavati and Ashwini, Guides teacher lead the prayer service. Uday Naik compered the programme. Pramila D'souza rendered vote of thanks.
