Mangalore: Techlipse 10 - Daylong Seminar at MVSIT on Oct 23

Mangalore, Oct 18: The department of computer science and information science will hold a technical semianar, Techlipse 10 at Dr M V Shetty Institute of Technology (MVSIT) campus here on Saturday October 23.

The seminar will be inaugurated by Surekha Shetty, chief executive officer, Intransa Systems Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Ramgopal Shetty, secretary of MVSiT will preside.

Surya Narayana, Infosys Tech, Mangalore will hold a technical session, Application development made easy using Dot.Net, while session on Data mining activities will be tekan up by Prof Ananthanaraayana, NIT - K, Suratkal at the daylong seminar.

There is no registration fees and faculty members from other institutes of  CSE and information science can contact co-ordinators for registration on 08258 - 262733 /fax 08258-262723, informs principal in a press release.

Achievers

Meanwhile Infera, student's association of computer science and information science of MVSIT organized a paper presentation for students at seminar hall, recebtly. Prof Jagadeesh and Harish from Alva's Institute of Technology were the judges.

While Mclares Pinto and Shravya got the first prize and seconmd prize was bagged by Akshata of E & C department.
