Udupi: Three Arrested in Duping Case Get Bail

Udupi, Oct 17: Three persons who were arrested on the charge of duping public by claiming that they could multiply currency, at Bunglow maidan in Kaup were granted bail by the court on Saturday.

The arrested Kiran alias Raju (35) of Shimoga, Vasanth Kumar (30) of Turuvekere in Tumkur and Shivanna (52) of Tiptur were given bail by the additional magistrate of Udupi.

Police had seized 65 currencies of Rs 500 denomination, black colour paper bundle, chemicals, fake currency and two mobile phones. However defence lawyer Asadulla Kayyady and Rohith Suvana succeeded in obtaining the bail for accused. Hence the court has given bail to all the three accused.

    How can court give bail to people cheating the public that also circulating fake notes.Anything is possible in Karnataka with money power.
