Mangaluru, Sep 12: Teachers are role models for the students. Teachers must lead the students from the front. The teaching faculty for PA College of Pharmacy, got down to the ground to clean the campus to celebrate Teachers' Day.
The BPharm 3rd year students volunteered to help the teachers in cleaning the campus. Dr Saleemulla Khan the principal, explained the importance of cleanliness and hazard caused by plastic materials. He also described the medicinal properties of some of the plants in the garden.
The students realized the pollution caused by throwing plastics irresponsibly while cleaning the garden. Iqbal, physical director, Rudresh campus supervisor were also present on the occasion.
P K Sharfuddin AGM campus visited the cleaning site and appreciated the move. He assured that he will make arrangements to proper disposal of waste.
