Srinivas University College of Aviation Studies conducts business plan competition for BBA students

Mangaluru, Jun 21: The Finance Forum of the College of Aviation Studies of Srinivas University (SU) on Saturday June 19 organized a 'Business Plan' competition for BBA (Aviation Management)/ (Aviation and Logistic Management)/(Aviation, Travel and Tourism Management ) students 2021.

The 'Business Plan' competition was organized wherein a majority of the teams participated comprising of members of two each. The competition was designed to empower students to dream big and articulate it well. Students will learn how to generate funding for successful commercialization. This competition will offer students a chance to tap into their inner entrepreneur as they learn how to plan and launch a successful business.

Students had to participate in the competition through digital mode. The best two teams were awarded prizes. Mohammed Faris of second-year BBA (Aviation Management) and Vilona Mendonca of second-year BBA (Aviation Management) were awarded first place while Mohammed Ifham of first-year BBA (Aviation and Logistic Management) and Mohammed Eamad of first-year BBA (Aviation and Logistic Management) were awarded second place.

The competition was planned and coordinated by Professor Anjana T V, Management Forum coordinator and student coordinators Mohammed Munaiz and Jincy Chennamma under the guidance of Professor Pavithra Kumari, dean of the College of Aviation Studies of Srinivas University.
