Udupi: 19 nurses from Kasturba Hospital moved to Delhi for Covid duty

Udupi, May 4: As the corona pandemic increasing day by day in the capital of India, Delhi, the first batch of a team of 19 nurses from Kasturba Hospital, Manipal moved to Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi on Tuesday, May 4.
 
 
On May 3, Manipal Dwarka Hospital had requested the support of nursing professionals. This is a proud moment for the entire Manipal Group. The hospital's management praised the nurses for risking their lives in offering their selfless service and genuine love for the care and life-saving career.

    Hope they are paid additional pay, food and accommodation and also life insurance for their family if they die. Nurses are always exploited in the name of service.

    Very unfortunate..... God bless these nurses..... In the end the Hospital will get credit, whereas these poor fools will be taken advantage of in the name of nobility and service. They are just tools..... Just another reason for Manipal group to pat itself in the back..
