Mangaluru, Apr 30: International Dance Day is celebrated every year across the globe on April 29 to celebrate the birthday of Jean- Georges Noverre, the creator of Modern Ballet. The goal of this celebration is to bring humanity together in friendship and also to spread awareness of its benefits.

Ryan International School Mangaluru also celebrated this event to ensure that their children were not deprived of their regular physical activities owing to the current situation.

The tiny tots of kindergarten wore bird masks and danced to the Birdie Song.

The older kids danced to their hearts' content and celebrated this day with great zeal and enthusiasm.
