Mangaluru, Dec 24: St Agnes PU College organized an international webinar on 'Path to International Success through Quality and Affordable Higher Education in Germany' on Wednesday December 23, for the benefit of higher secondary students, undergraduates and postgraduates. The keynote address delivered by Niketa Dedhia, principal consultant, Exponent Consultancy Services, USA, former head of Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD was informative and engaging.

An overwhelming number of students attended the webinar where Niketa Dedhia highlighted the availability of free and extremely affordable and excellent higher education and research facilities on a range of subjects at all levels and the lucrative employment avenues available. She also held forth the various courses that are in the limelight for graduates and postgraduates. Germany attained popularity and repute as a study destination due to its easy visa processing and option of permanent residency and is highly recommended for its array of opportunities.

Niketa also expounded on the reasons to pursue higher education in Germany and the essential eligibility requirements for the same. She also gave insights on the preparatory and qualifying exams students need to focus on, and the various professional fields that German Universities specialize in. She also clarified doubts regarding the medium of instruction and emphasized the inter-cultural differences and nuances that one must overcome to assimilate and become part of the cultural landscape.
