Active effort by the Government plays a very crucial role in controlling the Covid pandemic.
The Govt should keep a check on whether the lockdown guidelines are followed properly.
The practice of social distancing and wearing masks have slowly started to go for a downfall.
Strict vigil is a must in ensuring that these practices are followed without fail.

At the same time, emphasis must also lie on increasing tests and enhancing the medical facilities.

Though the Govt. should play a role in increasing awareness among the citizens, it is the duty of us, citizens to adhere to the rules strictly and for the good cause.
A combined effort can help us all tide past this.

U have to chase the virus to stop spreading it. For that need to increase tests. Lock down is not a solution. We also need to behave like responsible citizens. Basic care need to be taken. How many days u do the lock down? Lock down can delay spreading but can't stop. Anyway I m hoping this lock down will break the chain n lower the spreading speed. Devare kapadabeku.

    Dear concern
Instead of border seal down its better to lockdown Udupi atleast for 15 days to break the chain of COVID -19. Otherwise it will go out of control. Cases are increasing day by day.

Looks like the count was purposefully hidden or delayed to wait for the lockdown. Not sure how it can go from 73 to 238 in a day. Community spread has started everywhere in DK and looks like no locality is spared now. Population in DK is much less than Bangalore and looking at the count we are also heading towards the worse situation. People need to remember before being careless that there are only limited beds in hospital but the graveyards have a lot of space.

The labs will have a load of samples. On some days they publish the pending results. From the past week the cases were 100 plus. Yesterday and day before it was below 100. So there is an increasing trend.
