Please mention very clearly that shops will be open from 8 to 11 am ONLY for the people who have own vehicles and those who can manage walking.
Because you have banned operation of public transportation and autorickshaws.

What problems will solve in this type of Lockdown. Surely it will spread still more. Except mall, saloon, bus, auto , everything thing is available. I think this type of lockdown is funny. Vegetables, fruits, grocery , banks and few other things open means, how our DC is going to control spreading Corona virus??? I think people will rush to buy items in that 3 hours. Surely this plan will be failure. Lockdown means 24× 7 days nobody should come out. Only Covid19 patients must allow to go to take treatment. In these 7 days no news papers, milk, etc. Nothing will happen if there is no newspaper or milk for few days. All must join together to face this problem.

Looks like you are a thoughtless bachelor. If you had dependents in your house, you wouldn’t have made these statments. If you are scared for your life, you lock yourself up in your room and be there till the disease goes away. Thoughtless man...🙄

In the 2 days advance time are you going to buy vegetables for 8 days(most of it will rot), if the vegetable shop is more than 2km away esp. if someone is staying on top of a hill it would be difficulty for some people, like those with cardiac problem or disability ,to walk all the way. Aam aadmi should be kept in the loop before taking decisions unilaterally.

Scientifically this type of lockdown will increase the spreading of virus. When shps, vegetable and meat shops are open only till 11 am, we have seen practically people getting crowded without maintaining social distance. Hence it will definitely spread the virus. Practically people are supposed to follow social distancing. But they don't do it. When the shops are open till 8 pm they are not maintaining distance. Do you think they will maintain distance when the shops are opened only 3 hours. All administration pupil should go rounds in all major areas on Thursday, then you will understand what I am speaking. Better be safe at home.

Give a copy of your ticket to the driver and they will b permitted to return home... This is what I did last lockdown.. but the vehicle has to be unoccupied on return so they can tell them it was a drop to the airport or railway station
