Udupi: 70-year-old dies due to coronavirus, district death toll rises to 4

Udupi, Jul 13: Udupi district on Monday July 13 reported another death related to coronavirus.

The deceased, aged 70 is from Byndoor. He was admitted to hospital 15 days ago. 

With this, the number of deaths related to coronavirus in Udupi district has risen to four.

As per the health bulletin released on Sunday, July 12 evening, as many as 1,608 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the district, including 41 new cases on Sunday. As many as 1,273 patients have been discharged so far, and 332 cases are currently active.
