Peshawar, Feb 18 (IANS) At least five people were killed in a blast inside a mosque in Pakistan's Tirah Valley, a media report said Thursday.
According to sources, the blast occurred when people started assembling in Akakhel mosque for Zohar prayers, Geo TV reported.
Tirah Valley is located in the FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Areas) region of Pakistan.
Five people were killed on the spot and several wounded. The blast damaged the mosque. The toll may increase as some of the wounded are in a critical condition.
