"PM Modi has eradicated the menace of middlemen. He procured latest armaments for the military and instilled confidence and courage in our soldiers. He has taken India to a highly respectable position in the world. He made amendment to Article 370 and also introduced Triple Talaq Bill. His government increased the pace of highway construction work. Terrorism is almost nil in the country. Citizenship Amendment Act was implemented in the midst of fierce opposition. These are the reformed laws that are introduced by the Modi government.
"The state government has received a grant of Rs 2,19,000 crore from the centre. In addition, railway electrification work has started. Proposal is sent to the center for doubling of tracks. But there is a fear of environment ministry putting objection to this. Many of the demands of our state are honoured by the central government.
"I have urged to reduce online railway passes. On June 4, 130 people arrived by train to Udupi. After end of May, 281 new passes have been issued. People have to give utmost importance to their health during this critical time,” she said.
