First one km radius around the controlled zone is treated as intensive buffer zone where house to house visits need to be conducted to conduct tests on people.
In case seal down announcement is necessitated, the zones will have a single entry and exist point. Here, close watch is to be kept and social distancing is strictly implemented. People cannot venture out of houses for any reason. Even private vehicles are not allowed to move and the police should own entire responsibility of ensuring this, as per instructions.
