Passengers who had booked advance thru the Web site can be identified as they have to give ID number and so from the system they can take out the details. So in future it should be mandatory to feed the ID number when issuing the ticket in the bus. The machines with the conductor should be modified so that ID number is fed while ticket is issued. Otherwise difficult to find out what has travelled in the bus.

You seem to have a problem with understanding simple English. Does this report say anywhere that the infected passengers had any knowledge of infection prior to their travel?

He didn't test positive... After alighting flight in Bangalore... He travelled to his native through KSRTC bus... Only later he showed symptoms...and you get your results after 3 days...
Govt should have put strict regulations like those who arrive from abroad shouldn't use public transport like train and bus but they never did... I don't think there is such regulations even now...And Also people coming from abroad should have basic decency of avoiding public transport in times of Pandemic... Both are to be blamed

I know that. But one or two days late means the coronavirus wont keep quiet. It will spread fast. and its impact will be horrible.

    very very difficult workaround...
If we go by number of foriegn returnees and number of cases registered so far in karnataka, spreading itself is too slow in karnataka.. thank god...
