Kasargod, Mar 17: During the questioning of Farima (former name Nimisha) from Kerala, who is currently lodged in Kabul jail, has revealed that Pakistan is conspiring to trap women in Kerala through 'Love Jihad' and then use them for terrorist organizations, says a report in Vijayakarnataka daily.
Nimisha is from Thiruvananthapuram. She converted into Islam three years back to join terror outfit, ISIS, along with her husband who is currently in Afghanistan. She was in her seventh month of pregnancy when she decided to move to Afghanistan. As many as 21 people from Kerala had reached Sangharhar in Afghanistan through various routes in 2916 but Afghan forces had arrested them on November 15 last year.
Nimisha said that when she was functioning in certain ISIS camps that are active in Afghanistan, Pakistani women used to extend financial help to her besides helping her to meet commandos of the organization. She confessed that she was also inspired to undergo this training. Pakistan is behind this inhuman plan, she insists.
Her statements have strengthened the notion that Pakistan is supporting the 'Love Jihad' tactics in Kerala. She insisted that Love Jihad operatives are active in Kerala. The Indian intelligence agencies, who had a hint about this, are closely watching the developments, it is said.
Nimisha's mother Bindu, says she had dreamt of making her mother a doctor. "It is a tragedy that she became victim of brainwash and changed her religion. She had married a Christian youth, but he too got converted into Islam. The future of my daughter was doomed because of ISIS," Bindu says. She said that her daughter called her on a day in 2016 to say that she was leaving for Sri Lanka. But in a few days, there was information that 21 persons from Kerala hiad reached Afghanistan and Nimisha was one among them. She says that several others including Mariam, another lady from Kerala, had fallen victim to the 'Love Jihad' tactics.
